Some of our clients have Client Specific User Forms, now for those that do not, we have a “New User Setup form” located on our website, this form can be filled out electronically and emailed to us.  Use this when you have a new employee or change of employees within your organization.

By using this form it will help us to be proactive in making sure that not only the proper equipment gets ordered in time but also when the employee starts his/her new job they have the “IT tools” to begin on day one.
